Kris fills the role of Computer Operator. Every day he goes through a series of checklists to ensure that all computer records are accurately updated, that any letters I need sent today are, in fact, sent today, and that any reports that I require are sent on a timely basis. He also maintains the integrity of our computer network, making sure the database is updated daily. He also gives the team the comfort of knowing that when there is the inevitable computer glitch, it will be resolved in the most professional and efficient manner.  When Kris isn't in the office, he attends MTI Culinary School.  When he is not creating new recipes in the kitchen, he enjoys fishing, boating, and traveling.
